— About Alphabytes

One vendor. The whole stack. Full accountability.

We exist because Albanian businesses kept getting passed between vendors — one for cameras, another for networking, a third for servers — with no one answering when something failed.

/ Built for this market

Most SMEs here have inherited a mess — cameras on one contract, Wi-Fi from a different reseller, servers nobody remembers setting up. When something breaks, nobody owns it.

Built because the Albanian market needed it

Alphabytes was structured as one engagement from day one: a single scope, a single installation team, and a single number to call. Predictable cost. No finger-pointing.

• How we work

Scope it. Install it. Test it. Stay on.

Every project starts with a site walk and a written scope — cameras, access control, switches, Wi-Fi, and servers mapped together, not ordered separately.

Installation is done by the same team that scoped it. After commissioning, every system is tested under load before we hand over documentation. No shortcuts, no sign-off theatre.

Support is built into the project structure, not sold separately six months later. The people who installed it are the ones who answer when something fails.
